One of the archtypical tough guys of modern cinema, the career of Charles Bronson spans more than 50 years, but after turning down Sergio Leone for the spaghetti triolgy, Bronson's real breakthrough didn't come until he was in his late forties. Perhaps best known for his recurring Death Wish movies of the 70s and 80s, but also showing his softer side in films like Breakout and The Indian Runner.
