Bjørn Sundquist
FILMOGRAPHY (ONLY REVIEWED ENTRIES)
One of Norway's most talented and accomplished performers, the Northern Norwegian actor Bjørn Sundquist has been a prolific presence in Norwegian film, stage, and television since the late 1970s, with his career peaking in the 1990s. Previously affiliated with Det Norske Teatret and Nationaltheatret, Sundquist has enjoyed a remarkably versatile career, bringing life to roles as varied as the feeble-minded Levion in Erik Gustavson's Telegrafisten, the uncompromising investigator Konrad Sejer in the TV mini-series Se deg ikke tilbake (for which he won his record third Amanda Award), and even delving into self-parody by creating an amalgam of many of his earlier roles in Harald Eia and Bård Tufte Johansen's comedy show Åpen Post.
