Guy Presents: Stewie Griffin - The Untold Story (2005)
As always, when a television show is adapted into a feature film, it suffers from it. The format needs to be changed (or so they seem to think), and what usually must pay is the quality of the narrative. Stewie Griffin - The Untold Story is far from as tight and effective as the remarkable TV-series, but - of course - it features the same creative humour and wonderful characters. Seth MacFarlane is a great actor only using his voice, and the film makes good use of his Stewie-character as we follow his destiny - past, present and future. The film is thoroughly enjoyable, but can't refrain coming off as somewhat disjointed and episodic. Which is fine - we'll always prefer the series anyway.
